The new Gucci campaign with Harry Styles sees the British singer-songwriter pose with kid lambs and goats, almost in a continuation of his autumn/winter campaign with the brand, which featured a chicken and a dog.
Styles has since traveled from the fish-and-chip shop of that campaign, shot in London, to the historic Villa Lante, near Viterbo in Rome, for the new Gucci Men’s Tailoring Campaign, cruise 2019 collection.
Posing alongside the gardens, fountains and grottoes of the 16th-century Renaissance villa, Styles looks resplendent in in Alessandro Michele's rich, sartorial creations, even as he cuddles, makes funny faces at and even hoists the animals on his shoulders.
The clothes in the campaign, which is shot by British photographer Glen Luchford, are characterised by swirling patterns, coloured jacquards, and intarsia knits and patches and, being a cruise collection, has a relaxed silhouette yet with flamboyant Michele's unusual proportion.
