Mubadala announces rent deferment for ADGM Square tenants

The Real Estate and Infrastructure arm of Mubadala Investment Company, the Abu Dhabi-based sovereign investor have announced the rent deferment plans for ADGM Square. This is part of Mubadala’s ‘We Are Dedicated’ campaign and aims to support ADGM Square commercial tenants currently leasing office spaces in the four towers, Al Khatem, Al Sila, Al Maqam, Al Sarab. The campaign launched in April in response to the economic impact brought on by the COVID-19 virus outbreak in the UAE.

UAE announces 747 new coronavirus cases and 398 recoveries

The UAE Ministry of Health announced 747 new coronavirus case on Friday, bringing the total to 21,831, while two deaths were reported as well, bringing the fatalities' toll up to 210.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health affirmed its aim to expand the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatment.
