AMARU Dubai brings Latin American flavours to Saturdays with new Amigos Brunch

A vibrant weekend experience combining Latin American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and live entertainment arrives at Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

Saturdays are set to become more vibrant at AMARU Dubai as the Latin American dining destination introduces Amigos Brunch – a new weekly celebration centred around exceptional cuisine, flowing drinks, live music and unforgettable moments.

Launching in July, the Saturday brunch takes place from 3 PM to 7 PM, capturing the warmth, energy and convivial spirit of Latin American culture. The experience is brought to life by an energetic soundtrack curated by DJ Deekaz, DJ Haks, Jevanni Letford and Wynton Harvey, creating the perfect atmosphere from afternoon through sunset.

Located within the vibrant surroundings of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Amigos Brunch invites guests to gather around the table and embark on a culinary journey across Latin America. Showcasing bold flavours, premium ingredients and fire-led cooking techniques, the menu celebrates the region’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.

The experience begins with a selection of sharing snacks, including Guac-Guac, Cancha Chulpe and Edamame, followed by refreshing dishes such as Pacific Gold Ceviche and Octopus Causa. Guests can then savour signature creations including the Slow Cooked Beef Taco, Arepa Reina Pepiada, Harvest Empanada and Shiitake Anticucho, before enjoying hearty mains such as AMARU’s celebrated 36-Hour Asado Negro and Pollo a la Brasa. The dishes are complemented by indulgent sides including Truffle Corn and Parmesan Fries, while the experience concludes with a sweet finale of Dulce de Leche Fondante and Alfajores.

To complement the culinary offering, guests can choose between two beverage packages designed for every brunch occasion. The Amigos Package, priced at AED 350, includes house spirits, wines, prosecco and beer, while the Premium Package, priced at AED 499, features premium spirits, an expanded wine selection, beers and a curated selection of classic cocktails including Margaritas, Palomas, Negronis, Espresso Martinis and AMARU’s signature 43 Spritz.

Music remains at the heart of the Amigos Brunch experience, with DJ Deekaz, DJ Haks, Jevanni Letford and Wynton Harvey setting the tone throughout the afternoon. Blending Latin rhythms with R&B, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Amapiano and Dancehall, the soundtrack creates an atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from relaxed dining into a lively weekend celebration.

With its striking interiors, Latin American soul, live DJs and social atmosphere, Amigos Brunch is set to become one of Dubai’s newest Saturday rituals bringing friends together over exceptional cuisine, handcrafted drinks and Buenos Momentos that flow effortlessly from afternoon into evening.
