Jumeirah at Etihad Towers – Contemporary style with flair

Jumeirah at Etihad Towers is a modern architectural wonder providing contemporary urban lifestyle experiences in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s ministerial and central business district. Fine craftsmanship, luxurious materials and design enhance both social and private experiences based on a philosophy of refinement and inviting comfort. With the dramatic sculptural forms of the towers complementing the contemporary interior design, art works from His Highness Sheikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan’s private art collection provide a local Arabian touch to its interiors.

The 280m tall hotel tower consists of 382 well appointed guest rooms and suites, 199 serviced residences and 12 restaurants, bars and lounges offering spectacular views of the  Corniche, cityscape and coastline. With its own private beach and free WiFi connectivity throughout, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers provides for both business and pleasure, aided by a 12 suite Talise Spa, three swimming pools, gym, business centre, Club Executive Lounge, and one of the largest conference centres in Abu Dhabi.

A gourmet’s delight the freshness of quality produce combined with the exemplary culinary   skills of the team of chefs headed by Executive Chef Loughlin Druhan make Jumeirah at       Etihad Towers restaurants and bars exciting places to revisit with high-end retail outlets also located onsite within the Etihad Towers complex. The below is just a short list of some of its    favourites:

Li Beirut

Chef Nidal takes classic Lebanese cuisine to a new realm of artistry through the utilisation of modern cooking styles and refined arrangements. This is not Lebanese fare as you know it. So be prepared for a new gastronomic experience that is rooted in style, technique and above all a balance of texture and flavour.

Quest

Through its cuisine, interior design, stunning cityscape and Corniche views from its Level 63 location, Quest offers experiences designed to inspire and energise. Even its open kitchen is a “Kitchen with a View” - ensuring that each dish prepared is also suitably inspired with a salute to a future of possibilities.

Nahaam

Connected to the sea in both namesake and location, freshness is key to Nahaam’s dining experiences. It is relaxed and perfect for families, couples and individuals seeking quality time and experience with a light and enlivened atmosphere and dining that is familiar and celebratory.

Brasserie Angélique

Brasserie Angélique’s interiors, including wooden parquet and black and white mosaic floors, chandeliers and ornately moulded ceilings, can transport visitors to the heart of Paris, as does the traditional French Brasserie cuisine offered by Chef Niels Van Oers. It offers a tempting   breakfast buffet of home baked pastries, breads, Italian coffee, freshly squeezed juices, carefully prepared eggs and fruits. Mid-morning cafés au lait give way to baguettes and savoury crêpes, and the marble table tops dress for the evening with their best linen and dining ware ready for regional French classics such as the highly recommended Paté de Foie de Volaille and Cassoulet de Toulouse.
