The story of Josette continues as Dubai’s most enchanting dining destination officially opens its doors on November 22, marking the beginning of its new chapter: A Season in Bloom. Josette returns to the heart of DIFC with a refreshed spirit and sense of evolution and renewal. This next act celebrates the essence of a Parisian garden in full bloom - vibrant, fresh, and alive. “This new season is about awakening,” says Omar Saideh, Founder of Josette and Orange Hospitality. “Josette has always been a love letter to Paris, but now, she truly comes into her own, more confident, more soulful and more alive than ever.”

Under the creative direction of Chef Burcu Cracknell and Chef Rory Duncan, Josette unveils a new culinary direction that balances indulgence with lightness, elegance with vitality. Each dish is inspired by the season - a celebration of nature’s artistry and the refined simplicity that defines French dining. From the first pour of olive oil infused with clipped herbs to the final note of dessert, the experience is immersive, feminine, and unexpected.

Josette also introduces a new cocktail collection, Le Jardin, a menu inspired by the freshness and fragrance of a Parisian garden in full bloom. The drinks blend delicate botanical notes such as blackberry and jasmine, Thai basil and yuzu, and olive and rosemary, creating a series that celebrates craftsmanship, flavour, and a touch of theatre.

Standouts include La Coquine, a blend of Belvedere Vodka, dry vermouth, dill, and a blue-cheese-stuffed olive, an elegant yet cheeky twist on a classic. Already a favourite among early tasters and industry insiders, it’s set to become the cocktail of the season and Josette’s signature in the making.

Le Flirt offers a French-twisted Bellini with Prosecco, apple, mint, and white pear: sparkling, playful, and impossibly charming.

Finally, Brève Liaison brings together Suze, Malfy Gin, pineapple, and chamomile soda, bitter-chic, breezy, and softly tropical, finished with a delicate chamomile flourish.

The restaurant’s transformation extends beyond the menu. Josette now features an extended terrace, elegantly reimagined for the cooler months, where guests can dine under the stars and enjoy DIFC and Burj Khalifa in full view. Josette has also launched a new private dining area, one of Dubai’s most exclusive, with a dedicated bar and terrace, providing a discreet and sophisticated setting for intimate gatherings and private events. Adding to the enchantment, Philippe Krier, Josette’s unique Parisian performer, returns with a winter residency from 20th to 28th November and again from 14th to 28th December, transforming the venue into a living stage of music, theatre, and French charm.

Guiding the team into this new chapter is General Manager Baby Gilbert Mutombo with 17 years’ experience across the world’s most celebrated dining rooms, including Hakkasan Dubai and LPM in London and Dubai. His hands-on leadership, focus on training and consistency, and instinct for world-class hospitality shape the elegance, warmth, and precision that define the Josette experience.

“Josette exemplifies how Dubai continues to elevate its hospitality standards — pairing world-class design with a refined culinary and cultural experience. At ICD Brookfield Place, we take pride in partnering with concepts that share our commitment to quality, creativity, and timeless sophistication”, shares Ben McGregor, SVP, Real Estate Management & Operations, Brookfield Properties.

A destination where cuisine, design, and performance intertwine, Josette’s A Season in Bloom invites guests to rediscover the magic that made her an icon, only now, brighter, bolder, and more beautifully in bloom.
