The launch of all Danube Properties’ projects so far have been in keeping with the government’s ideology of introducing more affordable housing in the residential development market, Danube Group chairman, Rizwan Sajan told a news conference.

To complement the overall offering, the developer will also be proposing a flexible payment plan which allows buyers to pay only one per cent per month after the initial down payment. The aim is to help mid-income group realise their dreams of owning a home in Dubai through an affordable payment plan without comprising on quality, he added.

Danube has launched realty projects Dreamz by Danube, Glitz 1, 2 & 3 – worth Dh1.2 billion within a year. Glitz 3 is a Dh400 million project with a total of 352 units.

Sajan, said: “Followed by the phenomenal success and 100 per cent sell out of Glitz 1 & 2, Glitz 3 poses as a vibrant example of urban upscale community living that offers exceptional value across all aspects.

Located in Dubai Studio City, the project has been conceptualised and designed by Danube featuring Studio, One, Two and Three-bedroom apartments across two towers of eight levels each. The project also includes six shops to cater to the needs of the residents.

Each unit has been carefully defined by a contemporary architectural style along with state of the art facilities, the company said. Potential investors can choose from different floor plans and layouts, with quality finishing as a standard across all the residences, it added.

“Ideal for families and professionals, our project stands out for its high standard of finishes and amenities. The location catering to the urban upscale community has been deliberately chosen to appeal to our potential investors and buyers. We are confident the new project will set another benchmark of excellence for Danube,” Sajan said.

Earlier this year, Danube successfully sold out all the units of its first two residential towers Glitz 1 and 2, comprising a total of 300 units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

“Due to limited inventory, a lot of the potential buyers have been patiently waiting for this launch. Initial response for Glitz 3 has been overwhelming and we are extremely optimistic that the response will be just as encouraging,” the chairman said.
