Drawing inspiration from the authenticity of Greek life, KYMA provides the city with a Beach Restaurant & Pool experience. At the far end of The Palm’s West Beach, nestled amongst the dense foliage, the destination offers a moment of calm and privacy.
Playing on all the senses, the chic, discreet and natural setting, guests will discover a reprieve from the outside world, while authentic and delicious Greek flavours stimulate the palate.
Modern Greek Cuisine
Gilles Bosquet, the corporate chef at RIKAS Hospitality Group, designed the menu to incorporate much-loved traditional Greek tastes with a crisp Mediterranean influence.
From taramosalata, tyrokafteri and truffled seabream to cheese saganaki, feta loukoumi, moussaka and biftekia, not to mention the mouth-watering dessert list, which includes loukoumades and Greek yoghurt ice-cream.
