42 buildings, 10,000 apartments, 40,000 people at new community

Dubai developer Nakheel today unveiled Jebel Ali Gardens, a brand new community providing accommodation for more than 40,000 people.

The new master developed project will comprise nearly 10,000 apartments in 42 buildings, set among lush, landscaped gardens with pools and sports facilities.  Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, and each building will also have ground floor retail space.
