‘Ciao’ Down on Saturday Brunch at BASTA!

Savour la dolce vita at BASTA! the authentic Italian trattoria and restaurant in the Renaissance Downtown Hotel Dubai, as they unveil their new Saturday Brunch, ‘Viaggiare con Basta’.

Taking place every Saturday from 1pm-4pm, this cozy hotspot invites diners on a culinary feast through the streets of Italy, as it serves up a variety of vibrant dishes including antipasti, pastas, pizzas and other Italian favourites. 

Starting from 299 AED this delectable feast has three packages to choose from including the Innocent (soft beverages), Not-So Innocent (house beverages including Peroni and Aperols) and also Italian Bubbles Package (sparkling package) for those looking for something a little special to end their weekend with.

This culinary escapade begins with a selection of breads and antipasti served to the table followed by à la carte starters, mains and desserts, prepared by head chef, Silvana Arzola using only the finest ingredients available.

Highlights from the menu include the BASTA! Special Salad - a mix of greens tossed together with tomatoes, oregano and provolone cheese, wood-fired pizzas such as the Pizza Margarita, pastas including a Fresh Tagliatelle with seafood, garlic and chili oil and show-stopping mains including a Grilled Chicken Scaloppini, with bell peppers, red onion, chili and devil’s sauce. Ending this feast on a delectably sweet high are a selection of desserts including the Roscioli Tiramisu – a modern take on the contemporary Italian favourite.
