The service style is true genuine hospitality with a pre-prohibition feel to the uniforms and cocktail selection.  The Hide’s wine menu boosts a mind blowing 54 wines by the glass and over 300 by the bottle. The selection is highlighted with a super premium Coravin selection, including a 1983 Chateau Margaux by the glass.  This incomparable selection has garnered The Hide the very prestigious Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. 

The Hide in Jumeirah Al Qasr boasts an authentic, modern, rustic feel with stone, wood, slate and vintage glass, while the menu provides classic comfort food steeped in American culture and transformed with unique twists.

Positioning itself somewhere between a lounge and sit-up-straight fine dining, there’s a cheekiness to the menu’s playful themes, which divide the dishes into sections including “nice to meat you” (appetizers), “American prime time” (1855 prime black Angus steaks) and “meat market” (a selection of beef, lamb and poultry).
