Wild Wadi

You’ll go wild for Wild Wadi, one of Dubai’s most popular water parks located in front of the iconic Burj Al Arab offering 30 rides and attractions for every member of the family. Themed around the tale of Juha, a known character from Arabic folklore, 13 of its 30 attractions are interconnected, allowing thrill seekers to experience one adrenaline thrill after another without ever leaving the water! Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium

Get ready to take the plunge. Aquaventure Waterpark is filled with heart stopping, record breaking rides and waterslides get up close and personal with sharks and rays or kick back and relax on 700 metres of pristine private beach. Battle with the Aquaconda, the world's largest waterslide recalling a giant sea serpent as you catapult through a dark, twisting tunnel and finally drop into the largest fibre glass tube in the world! Or conquer gravity on the Zoomerango waterslide offering a mix of sensations, from mega plummets and vertical zooms, with thrilling bursts of weightlessness. Or take the Leap of Faith, the 9 story tall mega-slide hurtling you down its near-vertical drop in a mere second, to speed through a clear acrylic tube surrounded by numerous sharks and cownose rays. Wonderland Themepark and Splash Land

A world-class water park located near Dubai’s Creek Park, Garhoud Bridge and spread over 22 acres, Wonderland Themepark and Splash Land offers more than 30 internationally famous rides and attractions, to suit all ages and sizes. Relax and enjoy meter high waves of Flood River and long, lazy river of Wonder Land. The little ones will love the kids’ activities, which include racing slides and water guns! And for the thrill seekers amongst you, check out the sports pool at Wonder Land Water Park including the incredible ROTO-Shake and spring coaster!

Snorkel
Take the plunge and go snorkeling to view the brilliant marine life in the seas around Dubai or opt for equally exciting indoor options such as the Lost Chambers of Atlantis in Aquaventure Waterpark where you can snorkel and swim with 65,000 amazing sea creatures including a hammerhead shark (make sure to book 24 hours in advance). You don't need to be a scuba diver to experience the marvels of the ocean. Put on one of its special helmets and safely explore the Shark Lagoon in Aquaventure Waterpark. Call: 04 426 0000.

Or dare to go on a Cage Snorkelling Experience (up to 4 people at one time) with a dip in the tank at the Dubai Mall’s Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo! All you have to do is put on snorkeling gear, dive into the secure cage in the aquarium and you can watch over 70 different marine species including some 300 sharks and rays at close quarters. Scuba Dive!

From scuba diving for beginners, to courses for professional dive instructors, The Pavilion Dive Centre at Jumeirah Beach Hotel has the expertise to make sure your experience is everything you hoped. An easy way to get started as a Scuba Diver is to take part in a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience where you will be introduced to the basics of scuba diving in a safe controlled environment.
