New DIFC judge Judith Prakash sworn-in before HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid

WAM -- Before Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Justice Judith Prakash, sworn in as judge at appeal court of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC") Courts.

The ceremony was attended by H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and President of DIFC .

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, issued Decree No. (9) of 2017 appointing Abu Alnassr Mohammed Ali Othman as Judge of the First Instance Court in Dubai Courts. The law is effective as of 9 November 2016 and will be published in the Official Gazette.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed also issued Decree No. (10) of 2017 appointing Judith Evelyn Prakash as Judge of Dubai International Financial Centre, DIFC, Courts. The Decree is effective from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
