STAY surprises guests with signature dishes showcasing traditional cooking methods reinterpreted in contemporary fashion. Different seating arrangements include a sharing table area and a unique Pastry Library entirely dedicated to fragile pastries are key aspects to its DNA. Some of the dishes you will relish at STAY by Yannick Alléno include, rich and buttery duck foie gras with beetroot jelly, creamy, cheesy and slightly nutty fregola sarda pasta, black peppered wagyu beef fillet ‘Café de Paris’ Australian wagyu beef fillet Combined with French green beans and chopped shallots finished with any of the decadent desserts such as a melt-in-the-mouth vanilla, coffee and chocolate soft tart.
Dinner is from 7pm to 11 pm with the last order at 10.30pm. Dress code is casual elegant, full length trousers for men. Children above 9 years are welcome.
