Mott 32 Dubai introduces Sundays at 73, a thoughtfully Sunday lunch designed for relaxed afternoons. Launching on 12th October and available every Sunday from 12:30PM to 4:00PM, this new experience unfolds on the 73rd floor of Address Beach Resort, offering panoramic views across Bluewaters and JBR — a serene, elevated setting to enjoy a three-course set menu inspired by the shared traditions and craftsmanship of Cantonese cuisine

Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Frankie Yang Tao, the lunch begins with a sharing-style starter: the Spicy Wood Ear & Cucumber Salad, delicately seasoned and served in a round plate to awaken the palate with crisp freshness and balanced spice.

The dim sum course follows, offering six meticulously handcrafted selections. Each guest receives one piece from each category: the crispy Home Made Spring Roll, the delicate Honey Chicken Puff, and the Szechuan Style Vegetable Dumpling with chili oil, served in a traditional round bowl. The selection continues with King Prawn Har Gow, Mushroom Gyoza, and a Duck Dumpling Trio served in a bamboo basket, showcasing three distinct variations — a tribute to the art of dim sum.

For the main course, diners will choose one dish from three Cantonese signatures. Highlights include the Chinese Five Spices Style Duck and the Rose-Marinated Corn-Fed Yellow Chicken, both expertly roasted, sliced, and paired with the restaurant’s signature hot supreme soy — rich in umami and depth. The third option, King Prawns in Black Pepper & Garlic Sauce, is wok-fried to order, bringing bold aromatic intensity. All mains are served with Smoked Assorted Vegetables and Egg Fried Rice, presented family-style for the table.

To conclude the experience, guests select one dessert from a light and refreshing assorted sorbet selection, with seasonal flavours including Lemon, Raspberry, and Lime Yogurt — a satisfying close to the afternoon.

With Sundays at 73, we wanted to offer something that feels intimate yet elevated, a lunch that honours Cantonese traditions while embracing the rhythm of a slower afternoon”, says Chef Frankie Yang Tao. “The dishes have been selected to complement the setting: refined, balanced, and meant to be shared. Each element, from the dim sum to the signature mains, reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and modern Chinese cooking

As an optional enhancement, guests can also enjoy two hours of free-flow Minuty Rosé, perfectly paired with the menu’s refined flavours and breathtaking views, priced at AED 198 per person.

Designed as a shared dining ritual, Sundays at 73 is priced at AED 198 per person, with a minimum of two guests.
