Vladimir Spivakov and the Russian National Philharmonic Orchestra to perform in Dubai

In November 2025, Dubai will once again become a major destination for classical music lovers. On November 27 and 28, the Russian National Philharmonic Orchestra will perform at Dubai Opera under the baton of the renowned violinist and conductor Vladimir Spivakov.

Maestro Spivakov is well known to Dubai audiences: several years ago he appeared here with great success together with the legendary ensemble Moscow Virtuosi. This time, he will present a program with the Russian National Philharmonic Orchestra, of which he has been the Artistic Director and Principal Conductor since its founding.

Over the past 12 years, the orchestra has earned a reputation as one of the world’s leading symphony ensembles. It is distinguished by its wide-ranging repertoire, exceptional ensemble precision, and a unique artistic unity shaped by the charisma and artistic vision of Vladimir Spivakov.

The programs of the two evenings will feature works by Edvard Grieg and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, as well as the famous Carmen Suite by Georges Bizet–Rodion Shchedrin, a piece celebrated for its vivid colors and dramatic intensity.

A special highlight of the concerts will be appearances by two young soloists, pianist Adam Gutseriev and cellist Dali Gutseriyeva who are regarded as among the most outstanding musicians of their generation. Both artists captivated Dubai audiences two years ago with highly successful performances. On this occasion, Adam Gutseriev will perform Grieg’s Piano Concerto, while Dali Gutseriyeva will present Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto.

These concerts promise to become one of the key cultural events of the autumn season in Dubai, attracting both devoted classical music enthusiasts and an international audience.
