The incredibly popular Ripe Food & Crafts Market located indoors at the Times Square Centre have now gone into summer mode. Enjoy organic produce and farm fresh products as well as artisan crafts and even fun and games for the kids all in an alfresco setting, with food, fun and more.

Jeff Scofield is an American artist who studied at the Ateliers des Beaux Arts de la Ville de Paris after earning his Master of Architecture degree at Columbia University in New York. Watch him create an original sustainable artwork for display to the public. Everyone is invited to stop by thejamjar to watch Jeff’s process and progress on his installation of an Upcycled World Map over the month of September.

At the beginning of the dance show, the memoir of a singer is found, containing its author's secretive notes about her life, her adventures, thoughts and feelings. As you travel back in time throughout this emotional journey, visit Europe, Berlin and Paris, and then cross the Ocean to the American continent, to cities like New York and Chicago.

Beirut is a city of contradiction and paradox, a city where the past and the present entwine in unpredictable and unexpected ways, where the past with its memories and lingering scars of war burst through the ends of the city’s evolving contemporary identity. The exhibition “When Time Does Not Exist” unites two seemingly disparate photographic series about Beirut by two distinct photographers: Stephane Lagoutte (based between Beirut and Paris) and Randa Mirza (based between Beirut and Marseille).

Keeping the ancient tradition of calligraphy alive, members of the Emirates Arabic Calligraphy Society and the Chairman Khalid Ai Al Jallaf will share their experiences in learning and teaching this unique art form. The Women Calligraphers taking part are mostly members of the Emirates Arabic Calligraphy Society: Fatima Althanhani, Fatima Juri, Thuraya Ibrahim, Shikha Mahboob, Fatima Salim, Nada Al Maazmi, Maryam Ali Al Farsi, Eman Bashir Al Muhairi, Aisha Al Hasani and Zainab Mohammed Ali.
