Mott 32 unveils The Year of the Horse Collaboration With Couture House Lisa Von Tang

Mott 32 invites guests to celebrate the Year of the Horse with a first-of-its-kind collaboration with luxury couture brand Lisa Von Tang. From 17th February to 8th March, the award-winning Chinese restaurant, perched on the 73rd floor of the Address Beach Resort, will blend its signature culinary artistry with Lisa Von Tang’s bold, empowering aesthetic for an exclusive three-week collaboration.

Renowned for her striking silhouettes and intricate craftsmanship, Lisa Von Tang’s vision will be brought to life through a dramatic couture installation at the restaurant entrance, welcoming guests into a space where high fashion meets world-class dining.

Executive Chef Frankie Yang Tao has curated a bespoke menu inspired by the collection, translating the brand's textures and philosophy into a unique gastronomic journey. Guests can enjoy the Roasted Lamb Ribs with Cantonese Fermented Umami, Edamame Crumble & Potato Purée, followed by a Jasmine Chai Mousse with Coconut Sorbet for dessert.

To complement the flavours, Bar Manager Yoriel Rojas has crafted the Roses are Blue signature cocktail in partnership with Orientalist Spirits, a sophisticated blend of Orientalist Origins Vodka, Bourgoin Verjus, Blue Lagoon, and Rose. For those seeking a non-alcoholic option, the AETEA Hibiscus mocktail offers a refreshing fusion of AETEA Sparkling Tea, Hibiscus, Lemon, Sugar, and Redcurrant. Supporting the collaboration’s heritage, Michel Lu, founder of Orientalist Spirits, adds: “As a brand steeped in Asian culture and origin, we are proud to showcase our spirits alongside an international Asian powerhouse such as Lisa Von Tang.” This sentiment is echoed by the designer herself.
