The collection opens with a series of outfits recalling faraway lands. Precious prints and fabrics appear to be a Western version of Indian and Middle Eastern traditions. Many pieces combine sheer materials with jacquard and floral prints, but there is also room for some safari-like ensembles, featuring sand-coloured jackets and trousers. Evening wear mainly focuses on black and white, clean shapes embellished with understated, couture waistlines and hems, as well as a few unexpected, finely perforated denim garments.
