“Always be positive!”
Thaisia Baydun, a professional coach and founder of the "Little Star" gym school, talks about her achievements, work and life in Abu Dhabi and how to get started in sports
Established in Abu Dhabi in 2011, Thaisia Baydun’s gym school "Little Star" quickly gained popularity and at present has about 300 students. In its 8th consecutive year, Thais taught gymnastics with great success earlier in various institutions. A graduate of Moscow Institute of Physical Education (now the Russian State Academy of Physical Culture), Thais has been living in Abu Dhabi for 22 years now, not for a moment ceasing to do what he likes.
Aviamost visited the gym, where during a workout Thais told us about their achievements, work, life in Abu Dhabi, and how she began her way in the sport. It was a wonderful show that led the audience into thrilling acrobatics combined with distinctive artistic statements that went well with the themes of each room. It was this presentation that had captured audiences mostly parents to bring their children to the school gym.
