Celebrate Ramadan with Aubaine

Aubaine, the Parisian salon meets Provençal bistro, has crafted a menu of sumptuous delights in celebration of the Holy month of Ramadan. Promising a delectable French feast infused with Arabian influences, guests can sit back, relax and enjoy this special time of year with family, friends and colleagues.

Iftar – until 9.30pm

Before exploring the mouth-watering banquet of freshly prepared dishes, diners will break their fast with Medjool dates and laban. Light and nourishing appetisers will follow including warm and hearty Lentil and Harissa soups, as well as a combination of Lentil, Fattoush, Mediterranean and Superfood salads.

Rich and wholesome flavours can be found a plenty in the array of succulent main course dishes. Choose from the Slow cooked short rib with prunes, Spiced braised lamb shoulder with apricots, Lemon and herb corn fed chicken or Oven-baked fillet of salmon – all served with a selection of grilled vegetables, saffron cashew nut rice or rice pilaf.

For a decadent treat, delight in Aubaine’s irresistible assortment of sweet creations, crafted by a team of dessert artisans. From Mille Feuilles to Rose Tart and Mini Eclairs – there will be a new sweet surprise to discover every day.

Suhoor – 9.30pm until close

Continue the celebrations and revel in Aubaine’s exquisite à la carte Suhoor menu - indulge in the curated selection of culinary dishes such as the Calamari with chilli, spring onion, lime and garlic aioli or the Goat’s cheese salad with apples and grapes.

Next savour the Wild mushroom risotto with truffle shavings or Braised lamb shoulder with polenta and salsa verde, before finishing with a dessert from the beautifully presented scrumptious display of sweet marvels.
