Chinese New Year celebrations at the highest restaurant in the world

This Chinese New Year, At.mosphere offers an exquisitely curated five-course dinner menu bursting with oriental flavours to complement the breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai from the 122nd floor of the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Skillfully crafted by the talented culinary team of At.mosphere restaurant, the Lunar New Year menu includes an array of festive dishes honouring the Year of the Dog. Begin with appetite-whetting Duck, Charsiew Chicken and Spinach Dumpling, followed by Soba Noodles, Cockles Clams, Hokkaido Scallops infused with Maotai and Challans Duck with Compressed Cucumber, Baked Carrot and Aromatic Duck Filled Dumplings.

Other delectable dishes found in the five- course menu include forever favourite Miso Glazed Black Cod on Sesame Bokchoy with Chinese Crab and Stir-Fried Wagyu Beef with Chinese Broccoli and Chicken Siew Mai.

Round off the meal with At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa’s incredibly delicious molecular mango dessert, a perfect accompaniment to green tea.

Hostesses dressed in bespoke red oriental attire to greet the guests on arrival. Alexandre.J’s unique and original fragrance Coeur Rouge Rubis, in red heart shaped crystal collectors bottle adorned with 21 carat gold, ruby and diamond will be displayed in an elegant black frame along with stunning Forever Roses decoration to complement the occasion’s melody.
