Dubai Economic Council to organise the second ‘SME World Summit 2015’

Participants to include government officials, business leaders, international economists and financial experts

The Dubai Economic Council (DEC), in collaboration with SPI Group, will be organising the second version of “SME World Summit 2015” on March 18-19, at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

The largest specialised event in SMEs in the middle east will bring together SME entrepreneurs; investors; executives; experts and academia to discuss the strategic role of SMEs in the future of Dubai in the aftermath of achieving Dubai Plan 2021. Participants will include government officials, business leaders, international economists and financial experts.

Hani Al Hamli, Secretary-General at Dubai Economic Council (DEC) stated that the event comes in terms of the keenness of Dubai’s government to improve the national SMEs and enhance their contribution to economic growth, under the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
