Dubai Properties launches apartments at Dubai Wharf

Developer offers easy payment plan for investors.

Dubai: Dubai Properties has unveiled a new residential tower at Dubai Wharf, a mixed-use project in the heart of Dubai Creek. Major infrastructure work around the master development is almost complete.

The tower is part of Dubai Wharf’s four-tower mid-rise development and offers views of the Dubai Creek. It comprises over 200 units that include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with average unit sizes ranging from 646 sq ft to 2045 sq ft.

The contemporary design, location and a range of amenities, including a gym on the podium level overlooking the canal system, swimming pool and open green spaces, will ensure an enhanced living experience for buyers.

Road networks, internal bridges and electricity sub-stations are now complete, marking a milestone in the progress of the master development. Works related to infrastructure services are scheduled for completion by the end of June. This includes sewerage, irrigation, storm water and potable water.

All permanent infrastructure is now in place for plot owners and developers to commence work. Landscaping works will be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2016.

The three main access points that provide entry to the master development are anticipated to be open for use by the end of June. The first access road will complement the RTA’s Al Jadaf Metro station on the Green Line. The other will serve as a direct entrance to Versace Hotel while the last access point will lead to the centre of the development.

The master development around Dubai Wharf will also feature a six-kilometre-long promenade, with 3.8km of the stretch to be completed in the first phase.

Dubai Wharf is located near Al Jaddaf Metro station and is accessible from Al Khail Road, Business Bay Crossing and Al Jaddaf Road.

Sales of Dubai Wharf apartments will start on Thursday at DP sales and customer care centre at Ras Al Khor.
