Eid Al Adha holidays: Dubai Metro, bus, free parking timings

The National -- All paid parking zones in Dubai - except multi-level parking lots – will be free of charge from Thursday August 31 to Sunday September 4 for Eid Al Adha.

Fees will be restored on Monday September 5, according to the Roads and Transport Authority.

The RTA also released operating hours for all public transport in the emirate during the Eid Al Adha holiday.

On Thursday, Dubai Metro Red Line Stations will operate from 5.30am to 2am the following day.

Green Line stations will run from 5.50am to 2am the following day.

Dubai Tram will operate from 6.30am on Thursday through to 1am on Friday.

On Friday, the Red Line stations will operate from 5.50am to 2am on Saturday.

Green Line stations will be open from 10am to 2am and the Tram will run from 9am to 1am.

On Saturday September 2, Red Line stations will be open from 5.50am to 2am and Green Line stations from 10am to 2am.

The Express Metro service will not be available on Saturday.

The Tram will operate from 6.30am to 1am.

And on Sunday September 3, Red Line stations will be open from 5.30am to 2am, Green Line stations from 5.50am to 2am and the Tram will run from 6.30am to 1am.

Main public bus stations such as the Gold Souq will open from 5am to 12am.

Al Ghubaiba Station will open from 5am to 12am.

Subsidiary stations, such as Satwa Station, will operate from 5am to 11.45pm except for Route C01, which will be operating around-the-clock.

Al Qusais Station will open from 5am to 12am, Al Quoz Industrial Station from 5am to 11.30pm, and Jebel Ali Station from 5am to 12am.
