Chef Celik has hospitality experience that is over 20 years, thus he created the Turkish dishes  in Rixos the Palm. offers a variety of the best Turkish dishes: With the main focus on that of the culinary experience, guests can expect a wide range of Turkish dishes including rice stuffed vegetables- dolma; Turkish Lahmacun; baked potatoes filled with meats, vegetables and cheese- kumpir-; spit roasted chicken and beef- döner kebap   homemade baklava - a rich, sweet pastry desert. In addition, a selection of salads, grilled meats, fresh seafood as well as live cooking stations are on offer in addition to a variety of refreshing beverage packages.

Chef Celik is offering a menu for Ramadan with over 30 main dishes and 65 Turkish, Arabian, and European desserts home baked (or homemade) with Turkish ingredients to let the guest taste the original Turkish flavour. Celik added: “Turkish cuisines offer many delicious dishes such as the lamb leg that takes 8 hours to be cooked and lamb shank that takes 6 hours to be cooked to keep the rich taste of meat with spices. My team and I prefer live cooking to show our guests the best quality cooked in front of them.”

He expressed his gratefulness to work in the United Arab Emirates, extending his operation, which began in the first-class hotels in Thailand, Egypt, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia and other countries. Chef Nurettin prepared and served food to Russian President Vladimir Putin and a number of sheikhs and princes, presidents and high-ranking officials and celebrities in addition to his participation in the Olympic Games held in Sochi, Russia recently. The chef has completed his undergraduate Cookery in Istanbul where he was born, but he confirms that his passion for this art began at a very early age, at the age of six years old when he wakes up at dawn to go to a restaurant with his grandfather had owned in one of the suburbs of Istanbul, accompanied in the daily work trip that was stretching from dawn until last night. He says, "I fell in love with this profession because ever since I was a child, I saw how my grandfather pleased our family and home guests who tried his dishes."
