Feast and fiesta, as both ladies and gents can choose from a selected menu of specially curated Trader Vics beverages and starter options. For the ladies, enjoy 2 beverages and 1 starter for AED 99, and for the gentlemen, pick 2 starters and wash down with 3 beverages of choice for AED 149.

Choose from a varied, mouthwatering island menu, made up of starter choices; Jalapeño Cheese Balls, Crab Rangoon, Crisp Prawns, Coco Chilli Wings, Maui Waui Shrimp, Menehune Dumplings and Chicken Kofta, perfect bite sized options ready to fuel you for fiesta!

If your tastebuds (and waistline) are fancying something a little lighter, choose from 3 salad options, including the Trader Vics Salad (tender greens with artichoke heart, Belguim endive, citrus tomato and signature javanes dressing); The Green Goddess Salad; or The Southeast Asian Duck Salad. Wash it down with the signature beverage selection - including options of beer, grape, spirits and the famed Trader Vics cocktails, including the Original Mai Tai®, invented by founder Victor Bergeron in 1944, also check out the signature drink made just for the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah location – the Golden Puka!
