The Guild, Dubai’s homegrown tribute to the bustling brasseries of the world, invites guests this Ramadan to immerse themselves in the rich traditions of the season with a lavish Iftar experience. Nestled in ICD Brookfield Place, The Guild is renowned for its dedication to culinary excellence and warm hospitality, making it the perfect destination to celebrate this sacred time of year. The Guild's Iftar menu will be available daily from sundown until 8PM, showcasing a combination of classic European inspired cooking with Arabic touches.
With the choice to dine in either The Rockpool or the famed Salon, guests are invited to indulge in an unrivalled Iftar celebration of fine cuisine. Every dish is meticulously prepared fresh from the roaring open kitchen, designed to foster cherished memories, bringing together friends and family over the love of fine food this Ramadan.
Kick off the proceedings with Medjool Dates and Lavoush for the table, followed by a tasteful array of dishes presented in the first course, including highlights such as the Porcini Mushroom Veloute served with aged parmesan; and Pearl Barley Soup with braised chicken and kale. Guests can further revel in a variety of plates featured in the second course such as the Atlantic Cod Fritters served alongside a remoulade sauce and a fragrant herb salad; or Roasted Tomato Flatbread with bocconcini and aged balsamic vinegar.
The main event comes in the third course featuring options such as Seafood Risotto, with crispy prawns and Austrailian mussels; Spiced Lamb Shoulder with smoked aubergine puree and chimichurri; or Gnocchi A La Provençale served with fresh basil and oregano dressing.
Guests inclined towards the sweeter things in life, are encouraged to finish the evening off with a taste of delightful treats ranging from Saffron Milk Cake with vanilla cream and milk syrup; to the famed Baklava featuring filo pastry, pistachio textures, and rose ice cream. To make the experience even sweeter, The Guild’s homemade chocolates prepared by their very own in-house chocolatier will also be available to purchase, presented with a Middle Eastern twist to welcome the holy month.
