Honour the Holy Month of Ramadan with a Sky-High Iftar at SLS Dubai

Gather friends and family and head up to the 75^th at SLS Dubai’s Rooftop Iftar tent, a first for the stylish city hotel. Throughout the entire month of Ramadan, guests can experience the Rooftop Iftar from sunset where they will experience SLS Dubai’s first-class hospitality and panoramic views over the city skyline. With majilis seating, colourful lanterns and Arabian carpets, the traditional Arabic style tent is gilded with gold and features a flourish of the signature SLS style.

Following Medjoul Dates and a selection of fresh juices to break the fast, guests will be served warm freshly baked breads and a range of dips to begin the culinary journey. Sharing style starters will be served, including signature dishes such as Lamb Sharhat with lavash and roasted eggplant topped with yoghurt and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds, Pastilla; filled with succulent duck breast, cinnamon, plums, apricots and almond and Harira Soup; a hearty lamb, chickpea, tomato and lentil soup served with a generous squeeze of lemon.

For the main event, guests will share a choice of Tajine to be split between two with options such as Quail with saffron, olives and lemon, Seafood with potatoes and carrots, Mushroom with chickpea and tomatoes and Lamb with apricot, prunes and cinnamon on the menu. To end on the sweetest of notes, a selection of desserts will be served to the table including Mango Kunafa and a Pistachio Baklava served with a creamy mastic ice-cream.

With room for just fifty guests, this exclusive rooftop experience will be AED 185 per person. The rooftop haven is the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxed Iftar experience in stylish surroundings with stunning views of Dubai.
