For the first time, Miya presents "Mediterranean Voyage”, a chef collaboration dinner showcasing the combined talents of two acclaimed chefs. Experience a Diverse Menu with Thoughtful Wine Pairings

To highlight the evening's centerpiece: a diverse six-course menu thoughtfully paired with wines to enhance each dish. Diners will enjoy an array of meticulously crafted dishes, including Sashimi Red Mullard, Sea Bass Ceviche, Tomato Tuna Black Caviar, Moussaka with Lamb and Black Truffle, Tuna Belly with Potato Confit, and the sweet finale, Churros with Black Caviar. The selection of wines compliment the menu, elevating the dining experience with every bite.

Introducing Chef Sergey Yurchyshyn and Chef Alejandro Rivera

Joining Chef Sergey is Chef Alejandro Rivera, the executive chef of the upcoming Eva restaurant and beach club in Estepona.
