The Milan Fashion Week was the last stop on the fashion caravan during which numerous renowned fashion houses like: Versace, Armani and Dolce and Gabbana displayed their visionary excellence dictating the coming year’s trends. So, satisfy your curiosity and take a look through some of the presented collections by the world’s top fashion brand which left one and all simply breathless in the Italian capitol of fashion.

A minimalist approach towards decorations was the choice of famed fashion house Versace from which a modernistic and sexy collection emerged. Donatella focused on precise tailoring, graphic details and interesting fresh colors.

It was Spanish passion to the fore in Dolce and Gabbana’s collection but with the distinctive touch of Italian sensuality. The result was nothing short of amazing offering a rich collection that is energetic, joyous and beautiful all at the same time. It took its inspiration from the Spanish influence on Sicilia, which formed the base for the collection’s women’s coats and boleros. Meanwhile the dresses overflowed with dots and floral prints. The dominating red roses and carnations reminded us of the Spanish flamenco dancers while the ponchos and fringed robes reminded us of the traditional Spanish attire and the girls recalled elegant, skilled matadors. There was a fitting finale where a literal army of models marched sporting snow white shirts and red, high waist shorts.
