A new menu with modern Middle Eastern Cuisine awaits foodies at Cabana Restaurant

Address Dubai Mall has launched a new menu at their well-loved restaurant, Cabana, to pay homage to culinary traditions from across the region. Foodies can expect a modern Middle Eastern flavourful flair with favourite starters such as Hummus Traboulsi with pomegranate, pine nuts and grissini, Baba Ghanoush and Falafel.

Mouth-watering main courses such as Korat El Lahm with lamb kofta in a spicy tomato sauce with pine seeds and steamed rice and Seabass Sayadieh with traditionally Arabic spiced rice and fried onion will also be on the menu. Plus, a whole range of made-to-order fish and meats from the grill including Shish Kebab, Shish Tawook and Riyesh with Australian lamb chops and eggplant bewas.

Those looking to end their meal on a sweet note can enjoy traditional favourites for dessert such as Umm Ali, Kunafa Bel Libin with crunchy and buttery shredded filo pastry with creamy milk pudding drizzled with a fragrant syrup or Halawiyat Arabiya with a selection of three variations of traditional baklava.

Cabana is a warm and welcoming dining venue with a focus on delicious food with a contemporary twist on Middle Eastern dishes. The brand-new curated menu encourages guests to come together with family and friends at the relaxed restaurant to indulge in regional dishes packed with flavour. The restaurant also has a new outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy Downtown and Burj Khalifa views and shisha during the cooler months.

The venue overlooks the hotel’s pool on level 3 and is open seven days a week from 12pm to 3am.
