Prestigious guests, including international Ambassadors and Consul Generals visited The Heart of Europe on The World, Dubai, this week, to witness the progress of the inspirational development project. The exciting early festive celebration witnessed an exclusive guest list of some of the region’s most influential international diplomats, enjoying the unique offering and hospitality of The Heart of Europe.

The six-island development will feature a combination of residential property, holiday villas and resorts, combined with world-first architecture, exciting tourist attractions and relaxing facilities. The entire project is brought by quality Austrian developers, Kleindienst Group, who aim to contribute to the vision of the United Arab Emirates through delivering world-class construction and pioneering the second home property market in the country, to help drive economic and touristic goals.

The ambitious and stunning residential properties include The Floating Seahorse, which is the world’s first luxury underwater living residences, displaying marine life to guests through the incredible glass-fronted bedrooms that look out onto the seascape of the Arabian Gulf. The architectural wonders also include the seven-bedroom Sweden Beach Palace, with its roof inspired by the upturned hull of a Viking boat and offered at a sales value of AED 100 million.

The VIP guests visited the incredible structures and were provided with information about how The Heart of Europe is attracting foreign direct investment. In the near future, The Heart of Europe will be established as an iconic tourist destination, accommodating thousands of visitors each year.

Representatives from Argentina, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Turkey, and USA, attended the VIP event, marking an important moment in The Heart of Europe’s development.

Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, commented: “It is an honour to welcome such distinguished guests to The Heart of Europe. We see international visitors as key to the success of our project, both as investors and guests, as we aim to support Dubai’s vision to become the world’s leading tourist destination. We will offer new attractions, a wide range of hospitality and accommodation and will bring the best of Europe to our beautiful island location just a stone’s throw from the coast of Dubai.”
