René Caovilla and Chopard designed a true jewel sandal to support the Naked Heart foundation

From the encounter of two historical luxury Maisons, René Caovilla and Chopard, the idea of a partnership to support the Naked Heart Foundation of Natalia Vodianova, philanthropist and super model renown internationally, came to life.

The two Maisons have created a one-of-a-kind jewel sandal for “The Secret Garden” Charity Gala was held in Geneva on 13 June. A true work of art where the craft mastery of the Venetian luxury shoe brand perfectly blends in with the excellence making of the Swiss jewellers.

An amethyst silk satin shoe right out of a fairytale and enriched by precious jewels: a front brooch and an ankle bracelet encrusted with pink sapphires, for a total of 104 carats, paired to moonstones set in 18-carat white gold. The sandal is a piece of pure versatility, as the dazzling bracelet embracing the ankle can be unfastened and worn on the wrist. This dreamlike shoe is completed by a refined ring on the heel enhancing the play of lights of the gems and silks.
