Dubai Festival City Mall is gearing up for an exceptional culinary experience in celebration of Dubai Food Festival, running from 26^th February to 14^th March 2020.  The Food Festival will offer foodies a delicious culinary journey with its diverse, family friendly zones and activities and plenty of exciting offers and promotions. Visitors can also watch the spectacular fireworks display that is set to take place on 6^th March at 8:30PM on Festival Bay in celebration of Dubai Food Festival.

Mall visitors that spend a minimum of AED200 anywhere in the mall during this period will receive a Food Passport that will grant them entry to the Food Festival activation zones and workshops and give them access to more than 50 different dining offers and promotions across the mall. In addition, they will receive a raffle ticket to enter a draw for a chance to win an exclusive trip to Rome for two. The all-inclusive four-day trip will offer the lucky winners a unique authentic Italian culinary experience with a specially curated food tasting tour and activities. 

The fun themed food festival zones will include:

Pumpkin Patch: a kid friendly healthy market themed activation which would include role play at the fruit and vegetable market. Kid’s will also be take part in healthy snacks workshops and  interesting arts & crafts activities.

Chef’s Station: A live cooking station which features some of the best chef’s and culinary innovations in town with street style cooking concept workshops and demostrations, where eager foodies wil be able to sample some mouthwatering dishes.

Route 66: The food court at the mall will see interesting Route 66 themed roaming entertainment featuring fancy cotton candy performers and acrobatic roller-skating waiters from 4:00PM to 8:00PM.

Candy Ville: This desert wonderland will be hosting some creative kid’s workshops and features magnificent chocolate play areas for little ones to enjoy. The ones with a sweet tooth will love Hard Rock Cafés milkshake workshop that helps them make the perfect sweet and creamy shake! Kids can also enjoy free face painting and waffles! 

Families and foodies will be able to indulge in the Food Festival activation zones and workshops running at the mall on weekdays from 2:00PM to 8:00PM and on weekends from 2:00PM until 10:00PM.  Visitors can also take advantage of the offers and promotions running in F&B outlets across the mall throughout this period that include up to 25 % discount on total bill, kids eat free, buy one get one free and free giveaways.

Festival Bay will be also be screening some cool all-time favourite kid friendly movies at its outdoor cinema namely Ratatouille, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Cloudy with a chance of meatballs, Chef during the food fete.  Food Passport holders will enjoy some free snacks during the movie.
