Longchamp has launched a WhatsApp service that allows its customers to shop the SS20 collection from the comfort of their homes.

The process encompasses customers to message the WhatsApp number directly, which will put them in contact with a store representative that will share a catalogue of the collections available. Once the customer has chosen the desired item, the bags will be delivered their doorstep the next day, with a complimentary delivery.
