Dubai named World's Leading Destination in 2015

Dubai came out on top for the third year in a row and fifth time in history as the World's Leading Destination

Recently named the most desirable place to be for New Year's eve, Dubai has scooped yet another travel award...

For the third year in a row, Dubai has been crowned the World's Leading Destination during the recent World Travel Awards 2015. Beating the likes of London and Las Vegas, as well as up-and-coming destinations like Cape Town and the Maldives, Dubai claimed the title for a record fifth time.

Other contenders this year included Ambergris Caye, Jamaica, Malaysia, Marrakech, New York, Queenstown, Quito, Rio de Janeiro, Saint Petersburg, Seychelles, Sydney and Yorkshire. The last place to win the award before Dubai's winning streak was India in 2012.
