Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has walked away with four accolades at the 23rd Annual World Travel Awards held in Italy recently.
At the red-carpet ceremony, the luxury property Jumeirah Carlton Tower was named ‘Europe's Leading Luxury Business Hotel 2016.’ Located in London’s Knightsbridge it offers 216 guest rooms including spacious Executive Suites, ideal for business travellers. Yet another London property of the Group, Grosvenor House Suites by Jumeirah Living was named ‘Europe's Leading Hotel Residences’ and ‘England's Leading Hotel Residences.’ Situated on the exclusive Park Lane overlooking Hyde Park, it combines the refined services of a luxury hotel with the privacy, comfort and generous living space of a contemporary Mayfair residence.
Its strikingly attractive property Jumeirah Frankfurt located in the heart of the city, won ‘Germany’s Leading Hotel.’ It is just a few steps away from the popular 'Zeil' shopping street and the city’s financial district making it perfect for business or pleasure.
Alison Broadhead, Chief Commercial Officer, Jumeirah Group, said: “We are delighted with the success of our European properties at the World Travel Awards. Winning these four accolades is a reflection of our on-going commitment to market excellence, our STAY DIFFERENT™ brand promise and world-class guest experiences offered.”
At the awards ceremony, Jumeirah Group was also rewarded for excellence within the spa industry, with Talise by Jumeirah named as the World's Best Hotel Spa Brand for the second year running in the World Spa Awards, the World Travel Awards’ sister event.
The awards are voted for by travel and tourism professionals worldwide. Established in 1993, the awards are recognised as a world-class hallmark of quality. Each year a series of gala ceremonies are staged to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence in the tourism industry.
