Mohammed bin Rashid receives economic ministers at AIM 2017

WAM -- His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has received several economic ministers participating in the Annual Investment Meeting forum, AIM 2017, organised by the UAE Ministry of Economy this morning at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

His Highness welcomed official guests, led by Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, who praised the social and economic development achieved by the UAE.

President Minnikhanov expressed his admiration for the yearly changes in the cultural landscape of Dubai while stimulating investment in various economic sectors.

The meeting was attended by Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy; Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Dubai Department of Protocol and Hospitality, and Saeed Al Marri, CEO of the Dubai World Trade Centre and Director-General of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing.

Also in attendance was Mukhisa Kituyi, Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, UNCTAD, John Danilovich, Secretary-General of the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as several ministers of economy and other participants.
