WAM -- The Serbian Minister of Health, Zlatibor Loncar, has inaugurated the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Medical Diagnostic Centre in Novi Pazar, a city located in the Raska District of western Serbia.
The project is part of the charitable initiatives to mark 2017 as the Year of Giving, as launched by UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The opening ceremony was attended by Rasim Ljajic, Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Nihat Bisevac, Mayor of Novi Pazar, and Ibrahim Al Darmaki, UAE Charge d'Affaires in Belgrade.
Funded and developed by the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, the centre is the most advanced health facility in western Serbia.
