Dubai Watch Week 2017 which will be held 16 – 20 November, 2017 celebrates the ways in which classical craftsmanship is married with contemporary techniques and aesthetics. Visitors will be able to discover the evolution of watchmaking through various discussion panels, workshops and exhibitions. On display will be vintage timepieces and new models inspired by historical watchmaking or techniques from both heritage and modern brands.

The event will be held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority. Organized by Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, with its partner the Fondation de la Haute Horlogorie (FHH), Dubai Watch Week is back to gather key leaders in the horological industry.

The Mission of DWW is to create opportunities for discussion, encourage the transfer of knowledge and craftsmanship to the next generation of watchmakers and master craftsmen and women alike. Dubai Watch Week is fully committed to providing resources, services and opportunities to the global watch community through carefully curated programs during each edition.

With this year's theme of 'United for Time', the event aims to exhibit the history and technique of the watchmaking industry through exhibitions, workshops, watchmaking master classes, forums and VIP gathertings at the DIFC and The Dubai Mall. Started with the objective to enlighten horological enthusiasts and experts with the know-how in watchmaking and raise the issues of the industry, the event seeks to form a platform for collectors, brands, watchmakers and anyone keen on the art of watchmaking.
