ECCO’s Shape and Scinapse 2017

Launch of ECCO’s Shape and Scinapse 2017 collection for men and women, The Shape of Natural Motion was held at The Hutch, on 16^th October. Stylish, timeless and infinitely versatile, the ECCO SHAPE 2017 collection expands for AW17 to
include a selection of work-worthy pieces for the boardroom and beyond.

A twist on tradition
Retro-inspired with a hint of patchwork detailing, the new ECCO SHAPE 75 boot sets the Scandinavian style stakes for AW17. Rich uppers in camel, handcrafted from premium leather, give the new ECCO SHAPE 75 a classic and ageless appeal for any occasion. With the addition of superior comfort technology, the boot can be dressed up or down, making it the perfect match for any outfit. Not only this, the directly-injected PU sole ensures that the foot is cushioned and supported throughout the day. As a result, the wearer can be confident in a shoe that works with them, not against them. Durable, light and incredibly comfortable, the ECCO SHAPE 75 is the ultimate everyday boot.
Proving the ECCO SHAPE collection’s versatility, the ECCO SHAPE M 15 boasts a low heel for the upmost cosiness. Featuring a classic derby upper with a perforated detail on the softsquared toe and finished off with a striking patent design, the ECCO SHAPE M 15 takes inspiration from the popular boyfriend-chic trend. A classically masculine shoe given a feminine touch, the ECCO SHAPE M 15 is the perfect addition to the stylish woman’s wardrobe.
Modernist Dream
Clean design lines, high quality moulded rich leather and comfort led style set the modernist tone of the harmoniously put together ECCO SHAPE AW17 collection. Consisting of ECCO SHAPE Block Heels, each heel in the collection features ECCO SHAPE technology to lower the heel of the foot within the shank – offering both form and function the range has a timeless, luxurious feel.
Beautifully crafted, the anatomically moulded slip-on shoes are handcrafted from rich, premium, leathers that ensure comfort as the foot eases in to the perfectly formed ECCO SHAPE Block heel. Thoughtfully designed throughout, the ECCO SHAPE Block Heel features a shank that has PU on either side for a cushioned soft tread that supports the foot; while the moulded foot bed is complete with its own leather sock lining. A true labour of love, each element of the collection is considered and lustrous. Inspired by the seventies, the rich Morillo and Bordeaux hues of the ECCO Shape 75 Pointy Block slip on and sleek black ECCO 75 Pointy Block ankle boot, feature a 75mm heel, which enhances their edgy, yet feminine, modern Scandinavian feel.
