Recognised for its award winning mixologists and progressive cocktails, the bar food menu has been specially designed to offer the ultimate accompaniment, imaginative fare with modern surprises and tastes.

Soaring 200 meters above sea level with unrivalled views, the brand new bar food plates from Gold On 27 include;

‘Truffled Brie De Meaux on crispy baguette served with onion jam’- decadent, yet delicious. Try this dish with the signature cocktail ‘Pickering’s Palm’, the revolutionary handcrafted tiki-style cocktail.

“Cecina de Leon”, smoked & cured beef, salsa rojo’ - is perfect when accompanied with signature cocktails such as ‘The Wisdom on Pearls’ as well as the ‘Scent of the Souk’.

Accompany the ‘Ratte Potato and Mozzarella Croquette with sundried tomato pesto’ with the enchanting ‘Rub Al Khali’.  

Do you have a pallet for spicy cuisine? If so, the ‘Crispy Soft Shell Crab with avocado and wasabi mayo’ accompanied with full-bodied ‘Demise of the Donkey Cart’ is perfect.
