From the finest Japanese Wagyu beef to the best American hot dogs and everything in between — as the largest exhibition of its kind, Gulfood has something for everyone to sample, The National wrote.

Whether deep fried, poached, grilled or dried — meats and delicacies from around the world can be sampled by the thousands of visitors during the week-long exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Za’abeel Hall 4 has become an unofficial barbecue zone during the festival of food as vendors seized the opportunity to attract new customers by sizzling away a fine selection of South American meat of all cuts and sizes.

The Emirates Culinary Guild Salon Culinaire tests the skills of entrant cooks, chefs and bakers — challenging them to push the boundaries of modern day food preparation and presentation in a series of live challenges.
