Official visit to the United Arab Emirates of delegation of the Kazakhstani judges under the direction of K. Mami

On March 18-22 of the current year official visit to the United Arab Emirates of delegation of the Kazakhstani judges headed by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kayrat Mami will hold.

The chairman of the North Kazakhstan regional court M. Aketay, the chairman of appeal judicial board on civil and administrative cases of Astana city court B. Estay and the chairman of board on administrative and civil cases of the Southern Kazakhstan regional court M. Balken were in a delegation.

Within visit K. Mami met with the Chairman of the Federal Supreme Court of the United Arab Emirates Abdel Uakhabom Abdoul, the Director General of courts of the Emirate of Dubai Tarysh Hades al-Mansuri and the Director General of Department of legal affairs of the Government of Dubai, Doctor Loay Belkhoul. The parties exchanged information about a state and prospects of legal systems development of Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates; they discussed the directions for development of bilateral cooperation.

Kayrat Mami noted dynamic development of the relations between Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, and also expressed confidence in further effective cooperation between judicial communities of two countries.

The chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in detail told about judicial system of Kazakhstan and the main directions of improvement of justice system. The special attention was paid to development of new Civil procedure and Administrative procedure codes drafts, creation of investment court on consideration of disputes with participation of foreign investors.

Within visit meetings with the Supreme judge of court of Dubai international financial center M. Hvan and the judge of United States District court for the Southern federal district of New York Lauretta A. Preska are also planned for March 22 of the current year.
