Multi-award winning Pierchic, the stunning ‘over-the-water’ dining destination located on the pier at Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel in Dubai, is thrilled to introduce Brunch en Blanc, the relaunch of its popular Friday brunch. This season the Friday brunch offering showcases a selection of exquisite seafood dishes as guests are encouraged to dress with a touch of white for a truly chic affair.
Crafted by Head Chef Rosalind Parsk, the brunch menu’s tour de force is the internationally sourced Seafood Platter. This decadent offering features fresh lobster caught off the coast of Oman, Norwegian prawns, deliciously smoked salmon from the Severn and Wye Valley as well as fresh clams and mussels from New Zealand.
Guests can start the brunch with a light Tagliatelle; smoked grilled prawns infused with rosemary and tomato ragout, and a chestnut and whipped cream Lobster Bisque. For the main dishes diners have a choice between two sharing platters: an Aged Angus Chateaux Briand, a succulent roast beef carved at the table or the freshly caught Fish of the Day, which is baked to perfection and filleted tableside; both are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes. The grand finale is the beautifully presented Baked Alaska, a meringue dessert served with stewed and flambé plums.
Guests can relax in the serene ambiance whilst sipping a selection of five innovative concoctions, masterfully created by Pierchic’s in-house mixologists. Diners can also indulge in house grape, hops and bubbly beverages.
