Ramadan Night Market, the eagerly anticipated annual event opened at Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Rashid Hall on Thursday. The annual shopping extravaganza was inaugurated by the Chief Guest H.E. Sami Al Qamzi, Director General, Department of Economic Development among throngs of shoppers, senior executives from DWTC, management of Sumansa Exhibitions – the organisers of the event – and guests from the media fraternity.
The event which will run from 2nd July to 11th July, starting at 8pm and closing at 2am every day, has once again managed to draw crowds due to its amazing shopping value, culinary delights and fun activities catering to people from all walks of life and ages. Entry is free for the consumer affair which saw a large turnout as attendees made beelines for over 300 retail outlets, massive food pavilion hosting a variety of cuisines and play areas for kids and adults, among other attractions. This year too, the family gala is expected to draw in over 100,000 visitors.
