You can now break your fast against the backdrop of spectacular sea views in a relaxed al fresco dining setting at KAYTO, Rockfish or Shimmers.
Set on the rooftop of the Palmery, overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Naseem’s KAYTO offers an exotic blend of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine also known as “Nikkei”. Available exclusively during the month of Ramadan, the restaurant is serving a new dine-in Iftar menu for AED 300 per person including a full selection of the signature starters, one main, multiple side dishes, and a choice of one dessert. Sample the likes of Salmon Tataki with Miso Karashi Sauce and Wagyu Beef Tacos before experiencing the mouth-watering Saikyo Miso Black Cod or the delightful Corn-fed Chicken Breast with Truffle Teriyaki Sauce. Chef Cristian Goya’s homemade Mochi selection or Cheesecake Brûlée with Mandarin Sorbet will end the evening on a sweet note.
As for Jumeirah Al Naseem’s Mediterranean seafood concept Rockfish, the restaurant has reopened its doors to the public with its famed menu created by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Marco Garfagnini. Starting with a selection of “Crudo” including the delicate Yellow Fin Tuna with Sesame and Truffle, the menu offers carefully crafted dishes such as Saffron Arancini with Spicy Tuna Tartare, Orecchiette with Langoustines, and Lobster Risotto. For main courses, choose between five options including the Chef’s Catch of the Day and to finish, indulge in one of the signature desserts of classic Tiramisu or delicate Apple Tatin.
Situated on Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s pristine stretch of private beach, Shimmers is open and offering a beachfront dining experience with a vibrant menu crafted by new Chef Roberto Rispoli. Visit the open-air venue and take in uninterrupted view of the Arabian Gulf and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah while sampling flavours of Greece including fresh Tzatziki, Wild Greek Seabass Carpaccio and Saganaki Obsiblue Prawns.
