Mark your calendars for the 25^th of December, as the Samba Christmas Brunch unveils an exclusive sharing set-menu of signature chef preparations and fresh interpretations of timeless favourites, complemented by a spectacular sharing spread of sashimi, sushi, anticuchos and dessert. Reflecting SUSHISAMBA’s brand identity and ethos, complex flavour combinations and textures are broken down to create a multi-sensory experience.

The journey begins with a selection of appetisers that includes a refreshing Peruvian corn salad and a vibrant salmon tiradito paired with orange ponzu, crispy quinoa, shio konbu, kizami wasabi and avocado. A Japanese A5 wagyu beef gyoza, a rich range of seviche and vegetarian taquitos pave the way for a decadent selection of entrées: think sumptuous Australian Angus tenderloin, spatchcock baby chicken or a black cod preparation complemented with white miso, hajikami and shichimi.
