Taj Dubai presents innovative spring season dining concepts this March

Taj Dubai, the award-winning hotel conveniently located at the Burj Khalifa district, presents a variety of spring season dining concepts from the hotel’s diverse restaurants. From Holi celebrations at Bombay Brasserie, to a Hidden Picnic Lunch at Treehouse and Steak and Wine nights at The Eloquent Elephant, guests are spoilt for choice with options to unwind and dine every day of the week.

Additionally, UAE Residents can escape for the ultimate getaway as the hotel extends its popular ‘Have your Stay and Eat it Too’ staycation package. Starting at AED 650++ for the Luxury City view room and AED 800++ for the Luxury Family room, guests will receive food and beverage credit equal to the room rate (excluding taxes) for use throughout their stay.

In its commitment to the safety and well-being of all guests and associates, all venues at Taj Dubai strictly adhere to the protocols set forth by the Dubai Government Authorities. Service associates will be wearing masks and gloves and guests can feel at ease with socially distanced table arrangements, digital menus, and the provision of hand sanitizers on request.

BOMBAY BRASSERIE
Celebrate the Vibrant Colours of Holi: Bombay Brasserie, Downtown Dubai’s designer Indian kitchen invites guests to come together with family and friends and pay tribute to the traditions of Holi with an indulgent gastronomic experience. Diners will be greeted with the traditional refreshing drink, Saffron Thandai and can enjoy the live stations serving savoury and sweet snacks, including chaat, inspired by the street-foods of India.

To celebrate the Festival of Colours, guests can indulge in a four-course menu featuring delicacies from different regions of the country, including the very famous Poori Bhaji from Northern India, Khatta Meetha Bengali Puchka from the East, Bhatti Asparagus and Avocado Chaat with a Bombay Brasserie twist. Mains from the menu include traditional family style favourites such as Khumb Palak, Gobi Naintara, Mutton Rogan Josh, Kerala Chicken Roast and Hyderabadi Khatti Dal. A sweet finish awaits with the decadent Pistachio Jalebi and Dilli Wali Gujiya, deep fried pastry stuffed with sweet khoya and dried fruits.

TREEHOUSE
Spring Komorebi Menu: Treehouse, the urban rooftop oasis with glittering views of the Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline, invites guests to embrace the blossoming weather with their Spring Edition of the Komorebi Menu. Featuring a curated selection of signature Treehouse cocktails including the Spring Flute, Exotica and Nano, served with a range of delicious nibbles including Emirati Fries, Rock Shrimp and Short Rib Sliders.

Launching the Hidden Picnic: Treehouse and Tesoro extends an atmosphere of chic relaxation above the bustling city, every Friday with the launch of their new Hidden Picnic Lunch. Guests can tuck into a picture-perfect picnic basket filled with a variety of favourites including Crudites & Crisps, Burrata, Branston & Cheddar Baguette, Coronation Chicken Sandwiches, Baby Potato Salad, and homemade Chicken Sausage Rolls.

The live BBQ grill will serve up a feast with a sizzling selection of Salmon, Chicken, Steak, Vegan Roast and more to choose from. Desserts include Pimm’s Lemon and Mint Jelly, Eton Mess Jars, indulgent Chocolate Brownie Bites and a warm Croissant Bread and Butter Pudding. There will also be plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians alike, perfectly accompanied by refreshing cocktails and house beverages. The afternoon continues as guests are invited to experience the exquisite outdoor terrace of Treehouse for an after-picnic with fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa and beverage packages to match.

Ale and Hearty Sundays – Here for the Beer: Guests are invited to kick off the week with The Eloquent Elephant’s Ale and Hearty Sundays! An unlimited flow of draughts including Lager, IPA and German beer with three nibbles from the signature menu will set the tone for a lively evening.
