Tantalise your taste buds at Zuma’s new Baikingu Brunch

Located in two of the UAE’s most iconic destinations, Zuma launches their new Baikingu Brunch, offering an extensive selection of dishes from Zuma’s mouth-watering tasting menu served across a variety of food stations.

Starting from AED595 at Zuma Dubai and AED 495 at Zuma Abu Dhabi, guests are invited to delight in an alluring offering full of bold and intense flavours that are authentic but not traditional. Bringing a sophisticated twist on the traditional izakaya style of informal eating, the new Baikingu Brunch incorporates all the best of what Zuma has to offer.

The Baikingu Brunch will include a selection of starters including Zuma’s signature shrimp tempura with yuzu chilli mayo, crispy fried squid, as well as an assortment of sashimi, nigiri and maki. The offering will also feature the beef yakiniku with tahoon mayo from the live robata cooking station, followed by signature main courses including miso marinated black cod, jumbo tiger prawns, and grilled Australian wagyu ribeye with truffle mayo.

Ending the brunch on a sweet note, guests can indulge in an assortment of desserts including sorbets, ice creams, chocolates and exotic fruits from the eclectic food display.

The Zuma Baikingu Brunch is available every Saturday from 12:30pm until 4:00pm, offering a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages available to suit guest preferences.
